"Strengthen & Encourage"

(1 Thessalonians 3:2)

We are first brothers in Christ and second brothers in arms -- a double band of brothers.  We share a common love for the Lord and our country and are bonded through the various branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.  We have over 170 years of combined military and federal service.  We are a trio of military ministries (MILMINs) with similar but varying missions.  We work together in a spirit of love and fellowship to glorify God as we seek to strengthen and encourage His people in the U.S. military.

Do you have loved ones serving in the military and are concerned about their spiritual welfare?  Do you have military personnel or veterans in your congregation?  Do you have the right resources to aid their unique spiritual needs?

Does your military congregation (stateside or overseas) need temporary, well-grounded teachers or a teaching team to help you grow spiritually?

Have you heard about our Spiritual Warrior series of books, or our Call To Duty newsletter?  There are NO books in the brotherhood like these to encourage you or your loved one while serving in the military!  Looking for that special gift before they head off to basic training or service academy?  Need training on how to teach others?  Want a weekend retreat to build your faith?

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil." (Ephesians 6:10-11)

ED LINEBAUGH retired from the U.S. Army in 1992 after serving 20 years on active duty.  While in the military, he worked in military ministry with several stateside and overseas military churches. He was stationed in Berlin, Germany, for a year, in Bremerhaven, Germany for six years, and in Mons, Belgium (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, NATO's military H.Q.) for three years and three months.

Following retirement, Ed attended the Bear Valley School of Biblical Studies (now Bear Valley Bible Institute International in Denver), graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Theology.  Later, while living and preaching in Denver, he completed Colorado Christian University's Organization Management Program with an Emphasis in Human Resources (M.H.R.) in 1998.

Ed has preached for churches in Alabama, Colorado, Georgia and Michigan, as well as in Europe and the Pacific Rim (Japan and South Korea).  He has served as director of the M.O.R.E. ministry in Huntsville, AL, since 2007 at the Mayfair Church of Christ until the end of 2019.  Ed and his family have been working with the Farley Church of Christ in Huntsville, Alabama, since 2020, where he serves as one of the elders, a military minister, and a volunteer hospital chaplain.

He is a new U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary member at Whitesburg-Ditto Landing in Huntsville, Alabama, serving as a human resources staff officer and lay leader.  Ed is also the Founding Editor of Call To Duty's quarterly newsletter (formerly Military Messenger).

Ed and his wife, Kathy, have two grown children and three grandsons.  He owns and is president of InLine Publishers, LLC, specializing in the Spiritual Warrior book series.  Their current project, "Spiritually Strong Sisters: Stories of Faith and Fellowship in the Military," should be ready to publish by the end of 2024.  "Spiritual Battle Rattle: God's Armor" and "Spiritually Wounded Warriors: An Army of One Another" are available on Amazon and can be purchased directly from us at a discount (see below).  Contact us today for your copies!

TOM WRIGHT was born in Iowa and raised on a farm. His wife, Carla, was born in Washington and raised in Florida.  After graduating high school, Tom served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era in Okinawa and is a disabled veteran.  After his discharge from the service, he graduated college and worked in Design Engineering for over two decades.  In his middle forties, Tom left secular work and entered full-time ministry.

He attended the Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver, earning a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Biblical Studies degree.  Since then, he has spent nearly thirty years serving God primarily as an evangelist, conducting infinite one-on-one, family, group, and church Bible studies.

However, even though Tom worked as a full-time minister and itinerant preacher for several churches of Christ, he eventually decided to continue his biblical education.  Since then, he has earned a Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min) and is working towards a Doctorate of Theology (D.Th) at one of the brotherhood Bible colleges.

Tom has authored and published thirteen books and booklets on various theological subjects.  He penned the chapter "Spiritual V-J (Victory in Jesus) Day" in the collaborative book "Spiritually Wounded Warriors: An Army of One Another."  Tom also pens articles for our quarterly newsletter.

Tom and Carla have two grown sons and their wives and four nearly full-grown grandchildren. Tom loves chess and reading.
